Get Started with WJD

First, let’s get to know each other. You can get started with WJD in one of two ways.

• If you’d like to learn more about our services and fees, fill out and submit our Information Request form. We’ll email you our Management Program profile (in PDF format). The profile, like our website, contains our fee schedule, directions to our office, an introduction to the WJD staff and testimonials from our clients. It also has samples of our management agreement and lease, a sample monthly statement and a sample year-end summary.
• If you’re ready to rent your home, jump right in and take advantage of our exclusive Rental Market Analysis. Fill out and submit the form. We’ll email you our Management Program profile plus a custom assessment of the rental value of your home from WJD’s Principal Broker, David Norod.  

After you’ve reviewed everything, contact our Director, maryann@wjdpm.com. She can answer any other questions you might have and walk you through the next steps in the process—she’ll get you everything you’ll need to place your home in our management program.
