David Norod It is David's responsibility to determine the rental value of the homes in our inventory and to market them whenever we must find tenants. Maryann Welsh Having worked with David for many years, Maryann is responsible for the administration of WJD's property management and leasing program. Any questions you may have about how we do what we do should be directed to her. Mary Gerrity Mary has worked at WJD ever since she moved to the area several years ago. She is primarily responsible for our leasing activity but she is knowledgeable about every other aspect of WJD’s management program as well and can answer any questions you may have about it. Henry Kurosaka Henry joined our management team after retiring from the Hecht Company at Tysons Corner where he enjoyed a long and varied career in retail sales. He is out in the field daily and is our "eyes and ears" keeping us apprised of numerous issues pertaining to the administration of our management program. He faithfully inspects each home in our inventory every six months. Larry Davis Larry’s 30+ years of residency in Northern Virginia have provided him with extensive knowledge of the region. His job is to show all our available properties to prospective renters and aggressively pursue lease agreements. Inquires from our real estate signs, media advertising and the WJD website Homes for Rent page go directly to him. Harlan Hobbs A former Air Force Pilot and veteran of World War II, The Korean Conflict and the Viet Nam War, Mr. Hobbs has been with the company since the beginning. He works in conjunction with Larry Davis to ensure that all prospective tenants are shown our available homes in a timely manner. Deborah Newton Deborah joined us after retiring from her position as head of the accounting department at GMAC's Rockville, Maryland office, a company she was with for over three decades. Deborah posts all the rents and pays all the bills. She can answer any questions you may have about rents collected, your monthly statement, payments we make for you and the like. Heidi Aslett Heidi came to us after having served as the office manager of a local construction firm for several years. She is in charge of coordinating maintenance, repairs and restorations and will be your main point of contact for these issues. Karla Larson Karla has over 10 years experience in dealing with the public as an executive secretary, executive assistant and office manager for the Hecht Company at Tysons Corner. Customers often found that Karla was the source for the solutions to their problems and she puts this invaluable skill to good use at WJD every day. Laura Norod Although Laura is happy to share her many years of experience and expertise in business marketing with her husband, her primary responsibility is to keep David in line. |
