Meet the Team

David determines the rental value of the homes in WJD's inventory and markets them whenever we must find tenants. He has been a licensed Realtor since 1986 and a licensed real estate Broker since 1996.

Having worked together with David for nearly two decades, Maryann is responsible for the administration of WJD's property management and leasing program. Any questions you may have about how we do what we do should be directed to her.

Mary has worked at WJD ever since she moved to the area
several years ago. She is primarily responsible for our leasing activity but she is knowledgeable about every other aspect of WJD’s management program as well and can answer any questions you may have about it.

Karla has more than 15 years experience in dealing with the public as an executive secretary, executive assistant and office manager for the Hecht Company at Tysons Corner. Customers often found that Karla was the source for the solutions to their problems and she puts this invaluable skill to good use at WJD every day while assisting Mary with the administration of our leases.

Heidi came to us after having served as the office manager of a local construction firm for several years. She is in charge of coordinating all repairs and will be your main point of contact regarding these issues.

Stephanie has more than 10 years experience in customer service, repairs and maintenance. She assists Heidi with her responsibilities and can help you if Heidi is unavailable.

Gina has an MBA from Avila University and is also a certified tax consultant for H&R Block. She posts all the rents, pays all the bills and can answer any questions you may have about rents collected, your monthly statement, payments we make for you and the like.

Henry joined our management team after retiring from the Hecht Company at Tysons Corner where he enjoyed a long and varied career in retail sales. He is out in the field daily and is our “eyes and ears” keeping us apprised of numerous issues pertaining to the administration of our management program. He faithfully inspects each home in our inventory every six months.

Carolyn has been a licensed Realtor in Northern Virginia for more than 15 years. As part of a (now-retired) Foreign Service family, she brings to our company her years of experience and understanding of those who leave their homes in the care of a professional property manager. She specializes in helping Foreign Service families relocate to the U.S.

Larry's more than thirty years of residency in Northern Virginia have given him extensive knowledge of the region. He shows our available properties to prospective renters and aggressively pursues lease agreements. Inquires from our real estate signs, media advertising and the WJD Homes for Rent page go directly to him.

A former Air Force Pilot and veteran of World War II, The Korean Conflict and the Viet Nam War, Mr. Hobbs has been with WJD since its formation in 1984. Working in conjunction with other Realtors, he ensures that all prospective tenants are shown our available homes in a timely manner.
